JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitoring of project cost, schedule and scope, project reporting, and metrics generation and analysis

Lead and manage projects across different industries involving different technologies to provide clients with next generation solutions to their pain points and help deliver business goals and benefits
Drive multi-year IT strategic plan for complex, high profile customer products
Work directly with the Client Account Team who may be located onshore to drive overall value creation and customer satisfaction for IT-related products and services
Deliver client facing engagements / work either at the client site or in the Philippine Delivery Center
Stakeholder management including internal and client leadership
Manage clients and large projects to enhance delivery quality and customer satisfaction
Build strong and sustainable client relationships at targeted accounts
Requirement elicitation / gathering and analysis

QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors or College Degree.
Proven ability to do software release project management and resource planning.
Strong verbal and written communication and negotiations skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment. Knowledge of software development process.
At least 8-10 years relevant work experience
Preferably Supervisor or 5 Yrs and Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT or Computer - Software or equivalent.
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional -PMP certification a plus
